Daniel Chandranayagam is a writer, editor and researcher. With a background in law and legal editing, Daniel has been writing and researching for more than ten years, mainly on the media, transparency, labour matters and corporate social responsibility. His contributions are to the Sun, Global Voices Online and Global Voices Advocacy, Index on Censorship and the Malay Mail.
Recently, Daniel’s interest has moved towards the good corporations have done, and the greater good they can hope to attain. In a bid to highlight these issues, he founded the CSR Digest, Malaysia’s pioneer publication in corporate social responsibility. The online web magazine explores corporate behaviour in the marketplace, workplace, community and environment.
Together with Lariche Community, the CSR Digest, under its parent company DC Publications SB (846388-X). hopes to draw greater attention to sustainable business and the education of such. Services available include:
